A couple of months ago I had the pleasure of spending a few days in Santa Barbara, CA. So many things about this little gem of a town make it perfect for a proposal: it's remote, it's private, it's luxurious, it's exclusive. The plethora of proposal options here are endless... a vineyard proposal in nearby wine country, a seaside proposal at sunrise on horseback, a private cruise to the Channel Islands, we could go on. It's the perfect setting for any for 2013 proposal!
